FAQ

Q:  We are tax exempt, how do we get the tax taken off?

A:  Continue to book your rentals, then send us an email with your tax exempt form.  We will go back and send you an updated invoice with no tax and we will issue a refund.  Or you can call us to over ride the system.



Q:  Do we get a school discount?

A:  Yes you do, please call or email us for the promotion code.  If you already booked, we can go back and apply your discount.



Q:  What are your normal business hours? 

A: 10AM to 6PM Sunday Thru Thursday, and 10AM to 10PM on Friday and Saturday



Q:  What is your cancellation notice?

A:  We need a 72 hour notice of cancellation.



Q:  Do we get a large order discount?

A:  Yes, we do give discounts for large orders over $1500.00.  Call or email us for a promotion code.



Q.  Where is Premier Denver Event Rentals located?

A.  We are located in  a Residential Home Office in South East Aurora, Near E. Quincy Ave and S Reservoir Rd.   4218 S. Andes Way Aurora Co 80013.  We are open by exact appointment only.




Q. Can we book during non business hours?  

A.  Yes you can, please call us to book your order.  We understand that somtimes the rentals need to be delivered or picked up before or after normal hours.  There will be a $40 charge for each occurance.
