FAQ

Q:  We are tax exempt, how do we get the tax taken off?

A:  Continue to book your rentals, then send us an email with your tax exempt form.  We will go back and send you an updated invoice with no tax and we will issue a refund.  Or you can call us to over ride the system.



Q:  Do we get a school discount?

A:  Yes you do, please call or email us for the promotion code.  If you already booked, please notify us so we can go back and apply your discount.



Q:  What are your normal business hours? 

A: We are open by advance reservation only, from 10AM to 6PM, closed on Tuesdays.



Q:  What is your cancellation notice?

A:  We need a 72 hour notice of cancellation for a full refund.



Q:  Do we get a large order discount?

A:  Yes, we do give discounts for large orders over $3000.00.  Call or e-mail us for a promotion code.


Q. Can we book during non business hours?  

A.  Yes you can, please call us to book your order.  We understand that somtimes the rentals need to be delivered or picked up before or after normal hours.  There will be a $40 charge for each hourly occurance.
